Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation 

Three Months or More to Departure 

If the customer cancels their tour with RB Tours at least three months (>90 days) before departure to the day, RB Tours will refund the entire paid amount for the selected tour, including initial deposit. 

 

Two Months to Departure 

Cancellation two months (90 days—61 days) to departure has three refund options:

  1. RB Tours will refund 30% of the amount paid up to cancellation. 

  2. The customer may transfer the paid amount to another tour. In the case of a transfer, the customer is also expected to pay the difference in price, if applicable. 

  3. The customer may substitute their enrollment with another customer not already enrolled in the tour. In this case, RB Tours will refund 100% of the amount paid up to cancellation to the original customer. The new customer must pay all necessary fees and expenses upon substitution. 

One Month to Departure

The customer has two options one month (60 days—30 days) to departure:

  1. The customer may transfer the paid amount to another tour. In the case of a transfer, the customer is expected to pay the difference in price, if applicable. 

  2. The customer may substitute their enrollment with another customer not already enrolled in the tour. In this case, RB Tours will refund 100% of the amount paid up to cancellation to the original customer. The new customer must pay all necessary fees and expenses upon substitution. 

 

29 Days or Less to Departure

If cancellation occurs 29 days or less to departure, the customer may substitute their enrollment with another customer not already enrolled in the tour. In this case, RB Tours will refund 100% of the amount paid up to cancellation to the original customer. The new customer must pay all necessary fees and expenses upon substitution.

 

Otherwise, no refund is available for cancellation 29 days or less to departure. 

 

Documented Family Emergency

In the case of a documented family emergency, RB Tours offers a 100% refund for all payment up to cancellation. 

 

Cancellation from RB Tours

RB Tours maintains the right to reschedule or cancel any tour(s) on or before the deadline for tour registration. In this case, customers may choose between two refund options:

  1. Customers may receive a 100% refund for all payments made up to cancellation. 

  2. Customers may transfer the paid amount to another tour. In the case of a transfer, the customer is expected to pay the difference in price, if applicable.
